Salon Cancellation & No-Show Policy Welcome to my Studio, where I value your time & take great pride on providing an exceptional service. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, I kindly ask you to observe the following policies: • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This guarantees your slot and will be deducted from your service total. • Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the slot to other clients. • Late Arrivals: I understand life can be unpredictable. If you’re running late, please inform me as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or modified to fit the remaining time slot. • No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any prior notice will be charged a fee equivalent to 90% of the scheduled service. This charge is necessary to compensate for the reserved time and lost opportunity to serve others.
